Microtransactions; not so micro... Otherwise, fun game, decent time killer.

I loved this game, stopped playing the game due to priorities for amcouple of months, came back and its all changed, no more pictures of actual pokemon anymore, totally ruined, i wont put another dime into this game till this is adressed

Hi all,
I was a regular player of this game until the creator of the game did some mistake and due to which my whole game is screwed now. Everything I earned in the game is gone and the complete game is disaster to me now.
Also lots of time there is connection problems in the game.
And also there is no way we can contact the owner of the game if something went wrong.
I feel like I wasted my money on this game. I want my money back and also want my account to be deleted. The game is a disaster for me now. Cant even play it.
Extremely disappointed on this game. I spent some money on my accounts and I cant even access one of them. Also, they fixed another glitch (one of the 100s youll see) and they took some of the stuff I bought with my money and I wont get them back because they will ignore your messages. They just wont do anything about it
Game is Good but Service is really poor, I guess Service Person doesnt speak english for them they not give answer
Game would be better if there was a way to get a hold of the producers. My game has had a bug for two weeks already and I message the producers but I havent gotten a single response.
